2/3 Martin’s niece, Pippa, has Hypochondroplasia, a form of dwarfism caused by a random genetic mutation. That’s why he has chosen to raise funds for the Dwarf Sports Association UK (DSAuk)

1/3 Winter Ice Dip Challenge! 🧊❄️ Ellie and Emma are taking part in the Winter Challenge set up by the Bluetits who are a global cold-water swimming community. From November 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025, they have committed to completing a set number of cold-water swims.

2/3 Emma has signed up for 50 dips, and Ellie 100! They are over halfway through & right on track to reach there target. Ellie is braving local lakes & quarries, diving in no matter the weather, Since Emma is age-restricted, she’s making a splash with her dips in our garden pool
