It still amazes me how quickly we can extend complex care datasets using #openEHR and have them deployed almost instantaneously with all the data immediately available via the API (subject to governance of course)

Hypothesis: the NHS "productivity problem" is due to (a) the structure of NHSE and Conway's Law being played out on an epic scale (b) NHSE's prevailing culture of programmes over products, platforms, and services

Chris Fleming Its wicked but like zet zero it is solvable and there are tech choices right now that can make a significant impact but let's accept that some of these still need development and others will ultimately be dropped. We gotta start the journey now and take a blended approach.
