Important point on Crystal Palace. We can see from the Red Bull case that the burden of proof (ie who has to prove their case to the "comfortable satisfaction" standard) rests with UEFA, not CP. From what we know, this really should mean Palace are cleared to play in the Europa.

I think he’s more than good enough to not need the ‘intermediate’ move. Could be genuinely great
