Delighted to post the latest Perspective of ours just published by the New England Journal of Medicine. Co-authored with Patti Zettler (Ohio State) and I. Glenn Cohen (Harvard Law), the paper deals with the all-important distinction between drugs and devices as it pertains to the FDA,.





Our latest with Katina M Robison (Brown University) and I. Glenn Cohen (Harvard Law). Written in honor of Amy J. Reed, MD, PhD whose tragic premature passing due to a Leiomyosarcoma of the Uterus was universally mourned. Current morcellation practices preclude such outcome.


Delighted to post a recent publication with the Am J of Med. Co-authored with I. Glenn Cohen (Harvard Law), the paper highlights the all important role of antiviral therapeutics in the taming of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Recent progress aside, more potent therapeutics are called for.

Delighted to post the latest publication of ours with I. Glenn Cohen (Harvard Law School). This is the story of the LDTs (Laboratory-Developed Tests) and how they were handled by the Trump and Biden Administrations. Most notably, integrity of the LDTs in question was restored.
