I’m part of many great #teams, sometimes as a team leader and sometimes as a team member. Regardless of which, this rings true every time. How do you paint vision and raise the expectation of your team?

Does anyone know the origins of this quote “you can’t be what you can’t see” I’ve seen it used in women’s leadership I think #asktwitter

Heard people intro themselves as 3 or 4th generation farmer at conferences and or included in their written bio recently. Keen to hear thoughts on this - does it reflect progressive, inclusive, forward thinking? How do u respond when a farmer says they’re an x generation farmer?

For all cotton growers - listen to Dr Nicole McDonald and download this non technical skills guide for new entrants to your workplace. We luved working with growers behind the farm gate to create something handy to pass on to new team members. Feedback from new entrants is fab. #cotton

There’s still time to register if you’re keen to learn a little more about how we’ve co-designed some resources with farmers to help develop your on-farm team. On-the-job coaching is where it is at! bit.ly/SHIFTFarmer
