#OnThisDay in 1492, the Catholic monarchs of Spain Isabella I & Ferdinand II issued the Alhambra Decree, expelling Jews from their kingdoms. In 2015, Spain passed a law allowing dual citizenship to Jewish descendants who apply in compensation for these shameful acts.
