Punk rock is all about non-comformists raging against the machine. In a world that currently leads with cynicism, hate, and distrust, Superman advocating for kindness, love, and empathy totally makes him punk rock.

Colbert was openly bashing Skydance and CBS for bowing to Trump this week as they’re going through their merger. This is a political favor to Trump, plain and simple.

That Late Show cancellation news is like really really bad, not just for the state of late TV but also in a general sense for the state of media.

every single clip I've seen from this junket has Vanessa Kirby looking like she wants to die. Almost like they should have accredited more real journalists to ask some actual questions about the film she made

The Kevin Feige interview gets progressively worse the more you read. From admitting to never having a completed script when a film starts production to clearly having no clue how to make a BLADE film, it’s bleak stuff.

While Feige is barely getting rightfully criticized for his mismanagement of the MCU these past few years, it still feels fairly soft and late compared to how people talk about Kathleen Kennedy and Star Wars. We all know why that is.

AI artists are tourists, and even worse, they're the type of tourists who lack respect for the place they're visiting and end up trashing everything while deliberately antagonizing the locals. If fear mongering is your primary conversion tactic, you've already lost.

Hope I don’t come off as bitter, but do you know how much of a privilege it is getting to watch movies for a living and talk to talent? You’re taking away opportunities from people who genuinely care about this stuff and you’re wasting it on this poor excuse for journalism.

Together is far funnier than I expected. An eerily accurate and humorous depiction of what it is being unable to function without your partner, while feeling trapped in a prison of your own making. Doesn’t always move smoothly, but Alison Brie & Dave Franco are electric to watch.

The entire thing looks phenomenal and the center performance is giving career-best, but amidst everything DiCaprio is doing here, I think his way of pronouncing Batman’s name is what sells it for me. Silly Leo is the best Leo.

Very telling that these are all director-driven projects that would have likely been carefully planned and prepared in advance, rather than hastily re-made in post-production days before the film opened by executives frantically reacting to test screenings and social media.
