Thanks to this resolution moved by the EIS President, the Trades Union Congress will now campaign for Hepa filters to be fitted in every indoor learning space, enough to ensure 6 air changes per hour. "The cost of [...] this is nothing compared to the cost of *not* committing to it."

The EIS were in Scottish Parliament this week talking to MSPs about their Stand Up for Quality Education Campaign. I support the calls to improve teachers working conditions as well as heath & safety and wellbeing at work. We need improved ASN support & to tackle excessive workloads.

Teachers feel very passionate about education. We know education in Glasgow is suffering as a result of the cuts. We are exhausted. Post your ballot tomorrow before it is too late. We must stop the cuts.

Enough is enough. Vote ASAP. We cannot afford not to.
