The EIHF is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Emmanuel Cocher. A previous Consul General of France in Edinburgh, he was a great supporter of our festival, sponsoring several events. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and previous colleagues at the Institut français d'Ecosse
