Someone explain to me how a 2x All-American Football Player and was on the Walter Payton award watchlist for Monmouth University and played 20 years ago is not in their Hall of Fame. #Travisty

First Wing T Camp at Lenape Valley (NJ) finished last night. Had over 50 participants from 3 High Schools. The young men and young lady were great! No pics too busy coaching. Promise some next week!

HS football coaches speed is always talked about in our sport. The truth is your players are your players (unless you illegally recruit 😎). You have to make the most of their abilities. It is what it is.

2025 marks the 25th Anniversary of our first State Championship at Cedar Grove (NJ). Our players were great competitors and bought into our process. These men hold a special place in my heart.

We used to celebrate individual and team championships and accomplishments. Now we celebrate mediocrity. Bottom line if you aren’t at the top of your game, you don’t get a trophy or acknowledgment for trying. Nobody cares work harder. Just my opinion.

Annual Cedar Grove Coaches dinner! Missing a few this year due to family obligations. Understandable. Still great time rehashing old times!

Talking with present CG AD/HFC and my former QB. Trying to get as many former players from our 2000 State Championship Team together for a reunion in the Fall. If you were on that team DM me and we will try to spread the word.
