I absolutely love going to Discover with my daughters. It is a brilliant celebration of the joy of reading and the powers of imagination. One of the best days out in London. And I love these quotations in the shop.

Here’s 5 things I’ve learned about handwriting from writing the chapter. 🥉Handwriting isn’t prioritised that much in English schools anymore. While much of the work that is done in school is with paper and pen, as adults type day-to-day, handwriting’s not seen as important.

Returned home with my extremely unwell wife and newborn child on Thursday, and Islington Council thought it was a nice welcome home present to give me a PCN while I helped them upstairs to our flat. Always nice to know that you live in a council that cares (only about money 🤑)
