Looking forward to starting my Advanced Diploma in Law and Education with Óstaà an Rà | King’s Inns on Friday. The content looks very interesting so far.

It was lovely to meet some of incoming students on the Óstaà an Rà | King’s Inns Law & Education course this evening! Coordinated by Dr Claire O'Connor BL & Dr Claire Hogan BL, the course is going from strength to strength. Best wishes to all starting the course - I hope you enjoy every module!

The children made models of scenes from World War II on Friday, including Auschwitz, The Munich Agreement and Operation Vulcan. Tied in nicely with Holocaust Remembrance Day Auschwitz Memorial

Great webinar this morning with Claire Comerford where the 6th class students learned about making sketch notes to help them with studying as they move into secondary school!

Nice surprise in the post this morning! Really enjoyed this Diploma in Law and Education with Óstaà an Rà | King’s Inns

Great lesson today trying to solve the E Puzzle from Maths Week Ireland website. Children tried to solve the puzzle in the least amount of goes possible!!

Finally getting round to posting the children’s work from a few weeks ago. They really enjoyed working out the Chocolate Bar Problem from NRICH maths using their knowledge of fractions and percentages. Some of them even continued the problem themselves at home!!

Incidental visit last week! Not a bad problem solving lesson from NRICH maths called Cycling Squares for the inspector to walk in on! Thanks to Seán Noone for the inspiration!

We are delighted to announce the launch of "What's the MATH-er?", a mathematics education podcast in conjunction with DCU Institute of Education @Maths4All. Each month, we will be joined by guests who have a shared passion for mathematics education. Available on Spotify tinyurl.com/43jv9c77

Great lesson inspired by the book Spaghetti and Meatballs for All! The children used their knowledge of area and perimeter when arranging the 32 guests at tables! Marilyn Burns MathsThroughStories.org Dr. NatthapojVinceT

Really enjoyed chatting all things maths related with Lisa as part of her podcast series whatsthematherpodcast. Didn’t enjoy listening back to the sound of my own voice however!
