How does this get through peer-review?

I appear to have had my Facebook account suspended. They say an instagram profile (not my own) violated rules. I need to log into that insta profile to appeal the suspension but as it’s not mine, must be a hack, I’m stuck. Has anyone else had this and how did you fix it?

7 months ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer. 7 months ago I claimed under my critical illness policy with Legal & General who are trying everything possible to, in my opinion, not pay out. Would not recommend renewing any insurance you have with these.
