My good friends Mark & Wayne drove to my home from different parts of the country to visit me this weekend, thankfully not in the hospital this time. We talked about our time at WVU in the 90’s, our kids, wives, jobs. Hope they know how much I appreciate it. Love those guys.

Our little furry guy Miles turns 1 today. Where does the time go? This pup has meant so much to Deana & I over the last 8 months. We can’t eliminate all of the stress in our life, but Miles makes everything a little better. #colorectalcancer #yellowlab

Gave my 1st speech today in an all employee meeting for Gritstone Bio, a biotech company that creates new immunotherapies. I believe it’s extremely important to add the patient’s voice & point of view. Hopefully what I said today will stick with their employees. #colorectalcancer

Infusion day was too interesting today. Hemoglobin is dropping & I’ll be admitted to the James if it dips much more on Monday. Also, heart rate was running high & almost sent me to the ED, thankfully dropped when I got some fluids when my infusion started.

Please think of us tomorrow morning. We have some extremely tough decisions to make. Unfortunately, it may be months before we’ll know if we made a good decision. #ColorectalCancer
