Here's a neat tech, where they capture T cells based on adherence to target tumour cells in a microfluidic device: doi.org/10.1002/adhm.2… A fast assay that addresses a lot of problems from say sticky multimers, and twiddling the pressure lets you sort out high avidity binders.
