We are aware that damage from #StormIsha has affected some customers' services. Our repair teams are continuing to work as safely & quickly as possible to restore service to those affected. We thank you for your patience. #ConnectingIreland

#StormIsha Update: With power being restored across the country, almost all of our services are back up and running. While some customers remain affected, our team is working to return full service as quickly & safely as possible. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

Storm update: Our team has now restored the majority of services across the country, using generators in areas where the power remains out. We will continue to monitor damage from #StormJocelyn and work as quickly as possible to ensure all service is returned to normal.

We are aware that a scam SMS is circulating claiming to be from eir. This SMS is advising customers to click on a link to accept new Terms of Service.   This SMS was NOT sent by eir.  Do not click on the link within this SMS & please delete this SMS immediately.
