The Board approved a Westside TAD Resurgens Fund grant of $1 million to aid the construction of 20 units in the English Ave neighborhood. Six units will be available at 60% AMI or below, four at 70% and six at 80%.

The Board approved a Westside TAD Ascension Fund grant of $2.5 million to aid the construction of 70 units in the Vine City neighborhood. Part of the Faith-Based Initiative, Cosmopolitan AME seeks to develop underutilized parking into affordable housing.

The Board approved a Westside TAD Ascension Fund grant of $2.5M for the construction of 26 units in the English Avenue neighborhood. Thirteen units will be available at 80% AMI or below, eight units at 60% and five units at 30%.

The Board approved modifications to the permanent loan amount and permanent loan interest rate for Briar Park and Paramount, located in the Greenbriar community.
