In HS S&C, there will always be athletes that train w/ private coaches. That’s not the issue. The issue is as S&C coaches we can’t manage volume/workload if we don’t know what’s happening. This is the email you want to receive! This puts the athlete☝🏼! 👏🏼to this private coach!
