Last night I visited bonnie Glasgow to present as part of ‘An evening with the Royal Statistical Society William Guy lecturers’ It was great to meet fellow WG lecturer Craig Anderson, long time Twitter friend Altea Lorenzo and all those in the RSS Glasgow group! 🏴

Can you tell I’m excited about presenting at Pint of Science UK and getting this pint glass?🍺🧠 It was an honour to be invited to present to the Lancaster and Morecambe general public about how we use statistics to determine the height of coastal defences at Heysham power station🌊
