#Sahel: In this paper I raised with Niccola Milnes concerns about new security challenge: #JNIM use of modified drones. This is a serious threat to #Mali, #Niger, #BurkinaFaso, #Benin, #Togo. Also a threat to #Nigeria, & #Cameroon as #ISWAP looking to adopt same tactic.
