Excited to share some of my PhD work in which we use UbiSite technology to locate ester-linked ubiquitin sites formed by HOIL-1, including the serines and threonines of #ubiquitin itself forming some potential new ubiquitin linkages. Have a read below! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
