We had a wonderful morning tea for International Day of Older Persons #UNIDOP2021 & Australia’s first #Ageism Awareness Day. NARI staff, & our friends/members of our advisory groups and volunteers had a cuppa together and talked about what we can all do to combat #ageism.

Today, on Australia’s first Ageism Awareness Day, and also #UNIDOP2021, let’s stop equating ageing with loss. As we age, we also gain wisdom, knowledge, experience, perspective and self-assuredness. It’s time to change how society views growing older #EndAgeism
