A horrific watch but we have to learn from this to prevent it happening again. This behaviour builds on a culture where neurodivergent people are judged and mocked for being different. To stop it we need to build a culture where neurodivergence is celebrated for what it brings.

This.... because it means that you can also remember that areas of strength and challenge come with and without these labels. ADHD and autistic and excel in areas that grab my interest or use patterns spotting so do not need these chunking down.

Labour's manifesto promised to "remove indignities for trans people who deserve recognition & acceptance". That entails ending the Tories' ban on puberty blockers. Young people – cis & trans – must have access to healthcare they need. I'll always stand with the trans community.

Many people I have worked with are disillusioned with all the things that impact being able to meet the needs of the learners. The lack of time to get to know the children so they can develop relationships and adapt teaching as needed. Teaching is a craft not, one size fits all.
