Another very good display. Woking only created 0.22xG across their first 5 shots, a great save from Cartwright prevented their 0.38xG (0.71xGOT) shot in the 93rd minute. Maybe a slight concern over 5 shots and 0.29xG from open play, but that can be worried about another day #hufc

Desperate for additional squad depth, particularly in attack - 3-4 players just not good enough. Had some positive spells and created a good amount of chances but need to be more clinical and consistent, we allowed Boston to dictate the game too much after their goal. #HUFC

Desperate for something fresh in attack. We have a forward in Reid who is capable of scoring goals but is constantly feeding off scraps and long balls. The team just feels very similar to Pools under Lennie last year - competent and effective but very flat. #HUFC

I do feel as though Pools have needed a more traditional target man to platform Reid. Too often we have been forced long this year and it’s instantly came back at Pools, having a vocal point should be beneficial. I can’t imagine he will score many however. #HUFC

I’m happy with that. Whenever we have played Maidenhead he has always been one of their better players. He’s a good athlete who is capable of unlocking defences with a great eye for a pass. Should hopefully offer a different dynamic to Miley and Daly. #HUFC

Much better. Most shots, shots on target and xG of the season so far. 3 big chances (>0.3xG) created is the most pleasing stat to see - even if we didn't score any of them. Managed to restrict Gateshead very effectively too - only 3 shots on target and 0.19xGOT against #hufc
