I'm excited to share my work from the Melia Lab! Using powerful microscopy and biochemistry, we've shown that ATG9A and LC3B are co-resident on autophagosomes and their precursor membranes, suggesting ATG9 vesicles seed the autophagosome. (1/2) biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
