This is cool. Micro-charitable giving—being encouraged to donate at least 1 cent per day to someone who needs it—reliably decreases depression in adults. And over a 2-month span, the effect is about as big as that of taking prescription SSRIs. journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/09…
