This is absolutely horrific. Jack and Sarah have been through an unimaginable and never ending nightmare. Those in leadership positions when this happened should be held accountable, not absolved by moving on/up, stepping back or retiring. Disgraceful.

Beyond words. Despicable. Sarah and Jack were senior employees at this Trust and yet were still treated in this demeaning and inhumane manner. The staff and Managers involved were their professional colleagues.This case demonstrates everything that is wrong with UK Maternity care

All part of the NHS senior managerial play-book, supported by their tax-payer funded legal representation; delay, obstruct, obfuscate, cover-up, gas-light. A strategy designed and implemented to protect individual and organisational reputations. Ignore the 'collateral damage.'
