Milton Keynes marathon! Not my day today. Bit of a bad back from mile 11. Stopped and started to walk back to start at 14. Had a word with myself and hobbled on for a 2.46. My mate won in his debut mara! I met up with Assent Performance main man Jason. So I wasn't great but not shit

First time on Assent Performance 085bb9-98.myshopify.com/products/prer-… today. It's my 4th race within 2 weeks so wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly I felt good and raced well. Won my age cat. Was this down to the P(re) R or my greatness who knows!

800 and 3000 track races tonight. Pretty pleased as they are the 5th /6th race in 14 days. Got a whole 7 days before my next race!

Another race today. Not at my best but ran ok. Mercilessly overtook the 1st female with 50 mtrs to go. Probably time I started some training again and less racing. I've got a 5k next week though 21st overall

Honestly it's surreal. I literally agreed with her that men don't belong in woman's sport. I personally don't think parkrun is a sport. Its like they get the enjoyment out of the spite and are not interested in debate
