Our new Scottish Fiscal Commission report out today provides an update on Scottish Government plans to mitigate 2-child limit from 26/27. We estimate cost of £155m that year, rising to £198m in 29/30, with payments being made for around 43,000 children in 26/27. Payment worth over £3,500 per child.
