What true impact looks like! Our Mishti kids whom we support with free #insulin, strips, monitoring, education, counselling and lots of love! Hba1c reduction for all of them! It’s not just about giving insulin to make them survive. It’s about education so they can THRIVE!

Still lots of challenges but so lovely to be able to showcase the amazing work of this very small team. Predicting to deliver more than the original target and currently 100% satisfaction rate from people that have used the service Valerie Laszlo 💫

I will never get tired of repeating and sharing this. Peer support is such a valuable resources that we often do not tap into as a health service.

Emma Doble Peer support changed the way I saw my diabetes and probably to some extent changed my management. Before finding #GBDoc and other peer support groups, I felt very isolated. Knowing that I wasn't the only person feeling the way I did let me ease up on myself a little
