The idea that trans women should use men’s toilets, and trans men should use women’s toilets, is completely absurd and unworkable. Research has shown that half of trans people fear using toilets as it is. All of this will simply help drive trans people out of society.

As it is, butch lesbians and others who are gender non conforming but not trans have faced being challenged in toilets. It won’t just be trans people who face being increasingly degraded and humiliated. I’d bet a substantial amount that most targets won’t even be trans.
