I joined parkrun UK at Guild Lodge this morning, with not one but 2 of our service users fom greenside 🤩💚 it was fantastic to support them and run alongside them 😀 can't wait for our next one! Much thanks to the volunteers 🙋‍♀️ hope to see more people there! Guild Lodge LSCFT

I had the pleasure of escorting some of my SUs in their morning run,we do this 2 or 3 times per week including park run. Running has so many benefits, I can not tell you how proud and privileged I feel 🥹💚 #teamgreenside Guild Lodge LSCFT 🥰
