My first proper ice swim ❄️👌🫶 absolutely perfect afternoon with Wendy dipping in ice cold water and then going into the sauna!

I know we found out in October that Anna and I came 1st in the WMFS Trauma competition, so I am rinsing it a bit - but we got presented with the brigade trophy tonight so I got to feel proud all over 😊🚒 and we start training for nationals next week #proudperry #traumachallenge

10 years of pretty consistent eating and movement! Feeling good today, first 15minute run in 5months last night and a good rehab session done this lunchtime. Reminding myself how thankful I am to move. The older I get the more comfortable and confident I feel in my body 💁‍♀️

Had the best annual leave. Lots of swims and adventures and time to myself. Switched off, reset and focused my energy 💛🌞✌️ Here's to chapter 36, let's hope it's a good one!
