The #moths are definitely slowing down now - 12/4 in last night's #MothTrap. 1 NFY from Epirrita aggs. (maybe NFR? 2/3 were females so not IDable, and the only male flew away before inspection), and highlight of an immaculate Satellite. #entomology #insects #mothsmatter #vc58

Busy at work & slow on #moths recently, but today is the first good opportunity in a while to set up the #MothTrap - this NFY Winter Moth landed on my trap whilst setting up - hopefully a sign of a productive night? Hope everyone's had some good moths since I was last on here :)

Just 3/1 #moths from that #MothTrap; it was relatively warm weather but with lots of wind and some rain so not as much as I had hoped. Always nice to see some fuzzy December Moths, though #entomology #insects #mothsmatter #vc58

Had an amazing workshop w/ John Girdley on #Moth dissection! Taught the whole process from specimen prep, dissection, & making slides! Even dissected & IDed my own specimen, which I now know to be Saltern Ear. Learned lots! #entomology #insects #moths #mothsmatter
