Drizzle and patchy fog. Roads are wet on the south and east (mostly east side of the bay). Fog being reported around Watsonville. Low clouds for most this Monday morning.

Traffic Update: Some major backups on northbound HWY 101 from about Rocks Rd. to Crazy Horse Canyon. Bumper to bumper traffic due to a possible accident. Might want to find alt. route. Many other spots seeing congestion. Check your drive! #catraffic
