Had to do a peer to peer to get my patient w rest pain approved for angio tmrw. Surest says they will approve angioplasty(37224) and atherectomy (37225) but not stenting (37226). They said stenting is experimental. Lol. I assume they confuse this with PQ Detour. Help!!
