Big News! We submitted a comprehensive instruction plan for a sub-$1000 MEW printer, minus the HV source. Because advanced manufacturing technologies should be available to all researchers. University of Oregon Knight Campus EPFL

There have been countless friendships and collaborations between @CohenKarniLab Joshua Tashman Andrew Hudson T.J. Hinton Faaz Ashraf Jacqueline Bliley Samuel Moss Ezgi Bakirci to name a few that have molded my career path and matured me as a scientist.

The MEWron family expanded with a tubular collector (heated) to melt electrowrite Nylon-12 (filament). An international effort by visitors/workers to my lab Knight Campus, University of Oregon. Animations by the talented AnderReizabal! Thank you VORON Design doi.org/10.1002/marc.2…

How do stem cells form enteroendocrine cells of the gut? The Clevers Lab, PrinsesMáximaCentrum and Maastricht University used human gut organoids to answer that question and identified ZNF800 as a key regulator. The results were published in Science today! I had a great time while presenting our novel Light-Pipe FRESH 3D bioprinting technology to the scientific community at #TERMIS2024. Many thanks to the organizers Nasim Annabi and Elizabeth Cosgriff-Hernandez, and also to my PI @RegenBio for the opportunity to share our research.

Excited to announce our review article with Samuel Moss @RegenBio cell.com/stem-cell-repo… we discuss biofabrication approaches to enhance the organoid structure, function, and scalability for improved disease modeling, drug testing, and regenerative medicine applications.
