When it rains it storms. The aftermath with Lufthansa and Swiss Intl Air Lines so called "Customer Relations Team" (in fact its most likely only computers given AI like responses and continuous refusall to talk to me/get on the phone) was just horrible.

Despite being a Senator/Gold member with Lufthansa Swiss Intl Air Lines since more than 15 years I had to experience the worst customer service ever with any airline in the world. Dont waste your time to even try to contact them, it useless and will just add to your frustration.

1/3 Summary of my @Lufthansa Swiss Intl Air Lines trip to 🇧🇷. - Missed connection at GRU due to boarding pass malfunction & arrived back in Austria 21 hours late - This necessitated cancellations of 2 folllow up bookings with Lufthansa , costs for flights alone 1000€ , Refund none.
