First CAMS Lab preprint! This was a (wildly) ambitious project for our fledgling lab and I can’t imagine doing it without this stellar team – thank you Brynn Sherman, Bailey Blume Harris, Nick & Rajita Sinha, PhD!!

We’ve got some ideas about the organization of memories in the 🧠! Led by fabulous writer Brynn Sherman with the excellent Nick Turk-Browne; it was a pleasure to develop this framework together and we’re excited to hear the community’s thoughts doi.org/10.1177/174569…

Fear generalization - spreading⚡️ assoc to similar stimuli - characterizes anxiety. Here we (@SanghoonKang5, Grace Larrabee, @sanyanair1) show that 🍷assoc also spread to similar stimuli for indiv engaging in risky drinking! Out now in Association for Psychological Science : pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37682597/

Starting #MDRS2023 with great talks on generalization from Zoe Ngo, Denise J. Cai, Ph.D. and Joey Dunsmoor - thanks to Jesse Rissman and David_Clewett for pulling together this amazing mtg in not-so-sunny LA!
