The legal lapse expired, and the #Venezuela National Electoral Council did not publish the final results of the presidential election. Consequently, there cannot be a binding resolution proclaiming Maduro as president. There is a constitutional vacuum.

Madurismo has destroyed Venezuela's once-lauded electoral system.

Venezuelans deserve free and transparent democratic elections. The full vote tallies from every polling station in the country must be released, in line with Venezuelan law, and the authorities must refrain from using force against peaceful protestors.

Clearly the CNE does not have the actas to back up their posted results. Possibly the govt is trying to manufacture false actas to match those results and convince a few naive people, but the voting machines security mechanisms are so good this maneuver will be detected. 3/
