Don Graham and Tom Davis helped passed this law in 1999 and it has helped tens of thousands of DC students. We DC College Access Program, Eric Waldo and his talented team, OSSE continue the fight for DC students. The goal is to get graduation rates ⬆️and student debt ⬇️for DC students

.The Century Foundation reports states with mandatory FAFSA for h.s. graduation outpace the rest of the country in FAFSA completion improvement rates by a median 10.6 percentage points. National College Attainment Network (NCAN) reports 92% of students who complete the FAFSA go on to college. Msg: Mandatory FAFSA works.
