Sure, it’s been a minute on the show route, but my team and I are pushing so much music this year (and now next year) which feels absurd, but a blessing. I’m continuing to grind on my end. I’m not giving up.

Running is a form of therapy for me and it gives me the time to really relax and zone in on not only my workout, but my thoughts, my music, self reflection, etc. Even if it’s just a small distance, I highly recommend giving it a shot.
