States have the primary responsibility to pursue international justice and ensure that victims can access truth, justice, and reparations at national-level. We must call on our governments to ensure access to justice for all victims in our own countries too:

All Rome Statute States Parties. Their resolve could easily translate into blocking ICC sanctions, additional funding for the Court, and enforcing arrest warrants, for all fugitives.

Question is: will the Assembly do anything about it? It can. It should. It must.

Universal recognition of the State of Palestine must translate into political action to stop the ongoing genocide in Gaza, provide aid, repair, redress and accountability for those who created this situation, starting with enforcing the pending arrest warrants at the ICC.
