Full room of #eosc projects in the coordination meeting. I am presenting the RDA Europe #rdatiger services 🐯 for potential users (prey?🐅). Trying to convince projects to open to outside of their immediate internal development toward global collab. Remove blinkers for a sec!

It's official: #refget v2.0 is the next GA4GH standard. bit.ly/3XTm4z1 This API for reliably finding the right reference sequence powers all #CRAM files. v2.0 users include GA4GH VRS, European Nucleotide Archive (ENA), and soon Ensembl. Thanks to EMBL-EBI's Timothee Cezard & Andy Yates and the team!

Come to booth 27 at #ICG2023 to hear about the resources we have available such as Galaxy Australia, Australian Reference Genome Atlas (ARGA), Apollo and Fgenesh++ services, and our #bioinformatics training program - including recordings of all our webinars on youtube! biocommons.org.au/services
