“When I moved from NY to PA, I stayed w/ my employer. A coworker told me to transfer to our NJ office instead,” said Grace Bongiovanni of Chester County. “This was b/c of the paid family leave that's available in NJ but not in PA.” Time to make paid leave a reality for ALL in PA!

MYTH: A common misnomer is that paid family leave is bad for small businesses. REALITY: Small businesses in states with similar programs report higher employee retention, improved productivity and a stronger bottom line. Paid leave is good for people and businesses, alike!
