I hosted the Cypriot Minister Alexis Vafeades of Transport, Communication and Work, in #Malta. We engaged in bilateral meetings & toured a number of projects and initiatives with the aim of enhancing the collaborative efforts between our two countries.

We must encourage investors’ confidence in #green transition. During #EBAA2023, I urged my European colleagues to have a fresh look at business aviation; aircraft are the quickest to adopt advanced technologies & should have a pathway to climate neutrality under the EU taxonomy.

If we do not allow business aviation to reap rewards for its #decarbonisation efforts under the EU taxonomy, we risk that #European companies will move to markets outside the Union. #EBAA2023
