We had a fantastic turn-out at our 'Basic First Aid Training'. Women have said this training was well needed in the community. Thanks to Richie from 'Cookson First aid Group'.

Women felt revived & relaxed after having a indian head massage & neck & shoulder massage. Today one service user said' "she came stressed & is going home energised & relaxed". 😊

Senior citizens had a blast of a time playing & stretching their resistance bands whilst doing arm chair exercise. They look forward to today's session every week.
