Last year Care & Repair Cymru Agencies delivered over 67,000 services to older people to help them live safely and independently at home. We prevented around 6,000 older people from going to hospital - supporting health and social care demand and keeping people confident at home 🏠

I’m surprised and really honoured that from over 200 submitted entries, my film about my parents’ flock of rare breed sheep, which are native to the Orkney Islands, has been selected for the 2024 Wildlife Conservation Film Festival, held in Monterrey, Mexico later this year 🐑

We want people to live their best lives, healthy and independent. We've invested £250m to boost care in communities, so people feel safe and confident to live in their own homes for as long as possible. Our approach has also prevented an additional 3000 hospital admissions.
