Saw a patient today with I think similar lesion...BXO with Phimosis s/p recirc. Has some shaft skin so doesn’t need STSG. I have done an excision of the BXO/scar and “buccal belt”. BMG interposed between shaft skin and edge of gland. Saw it at a meeting.
