Great news 🎉 Our research center has just received a three-year funding extension as a priority research center at the University of Agder. Thank you for your continued support Universitetet i Agder!



One of our PhD students Synne Groufh-Jacobsen, presented her poster abstract «Dietary intake and status of B12, iron, Iodine in young vegans, lacto-ovo vegetarians, pescatarians, flexitarians and omnivores» at #FENS 2023, Belgrade Serbia. Great job Synne!

Writing retreat 2024: 18 researchers from our team, great progress on papers, wonderful atmosphere, lots of laughs at beautiful Tromøya. Huge thanks to amazing Mary Barker and Dr Sofia Strommer for excellent leadership, guidance, motivation, and for all the fun.


We feel lucky to have had Dr Eloise Litterbach visiting this week, all the way from Deakin Univeristy, Australia. Thank you for inspiring discussions about projects on meal research! And thanks for the wonderful laughs and joy shared. We look forward to future collaboration!
